Vedic Eco Village is inviting you to participate in the building of the eco village and farm. Goshala, campground, outdoor kitchen & solar shower facilities are under construction. We have land and resources. What is needed now is determination, cooperation, and faith. The time to act is now.
Our traditional Vedic mud-stoves (chulha) used for cooking and heating are available in multiple locations. These sparkless chulha stoves, combining rocket mass heater technology and traditional Vedic cooking methods, are essential for safely cooking with fire in the summertime, as we are in a characteristically dry and high fire risk area.
Future Development Plans
As in the original Vrindavan, cows play a central role in the lives of the Brajavasis. Similarly, we plan to focus all the activities within our Vedic Eco Village around cows and agriculture.
The cows in Saranagati would benefit from a heated winter barn. We are building a earth sheltered goshala with a mass heater to host cows during cold days. The Goshala will be the first structure built in the VeV village square. Goshala project page
